Lisboa Bar in Berlin

Great atmosphere and food. The atmosphere is very homely and vibrant and the staff are lovely. The food is good but I have had some dishes here that are not as good as others (hence not the 5 stars). The best dishes, in my opinion, are on the meat platter to share. This is a great option if you live in Berlin and want a change from the abundance of Asian/Italian/Middle Eastern food.

You have to order different tapas to enjoy it on full! Great place, very delicious, enjoy!

I reccommend this restaurant for tapas. The tapas and pastel de nada we ordered were delicious. The service was friendly and nice. However, I had to leave my main dish -Bacalhau uneaten. The fish was so salty and dry, I just could not eat it. For 18 Euros, that is really not a good deal for your money. I hope that was just an exeption.

Really unfriendly owners, food is hell of overpriced. As a big Portugal fan I can only say that their food quality is just bad. You have lots of other good food options around there :)

Good portuguese beer and aguardente.. unfortunately I don't recommend the pastéis de nata ( costard tart's )... A bit pricey but good service

Nice restaurant with nice tapas, the food could have been finished a bit better (pulpo inside wasn't fully clean and gritty/some other execution was off) and the staff a bit more aware.

The restaurant has quite a charm. The food was delicious, even if some tapas are not exactly cheap on closer inspection. The service was so-so - not very attentive during my visit, which is why there has to be a star suit.

Nice and not too big menu. Very tasty what I had and I have to go back more than once to try the rest. Original Super Bock at the tap and nice wines to choose from. Even rosé port is served. We spent a good 3 hours in the Lisboa Bar ... That speaks for the cosiness of the shop. The service is great! Very attentive and friendly. Spanish and Portuguese are also spoken. I'm looking forward to my next visit! 🤗

Very busy place and slow service. They accept EC cards for payments above 30 euros. Food was fine, but still did not feel like the authentic Portugese. Recomending to call and make a reservation in advance

A visit to the Lisboa Bar makes you feel right back in Portugal. Delicious traditional tapas. The service was good and attentive. We could still work on the selection of wines - I expected more here. Otherwise you can sit here at the Boxi and watch the goings on.

I was invited to the birthday party on Saturday evening and I was thrilled. Great food, very attentive service. Highly recommended. !!! Definitely not the last time!

They only accept EC cards if you spend at least 30€, which I learned by surprise. Despite having the EC sign on the door they won’t tell you about their secret rule until you are about to pay. They should tell customers about this as soon as they seat you. The service is also rude and food is mediocre. I used to come here frequently in the past but management or owners must have changed because it’s unfortunately become a disappointing experience. There are just too many better options in Berlin for them to provide lousy service.

Authentic food from Portugal , its like you are there and the wine is just as fine

Very delicious food, unfortunately there is air for the waiters after ordering. To order more things you either have to wait a very long time or go to the counter. Likewise with the invoice ...

Although we had reserved, we couldn't be offered a table outside. Inside, the service kept forgetting us and we waited forever to be able to place our order. However, the food was very tasty.

It is incredible how bad service, rude and incompetent waitress can make such a nice place unpopular for someone. I live nearby and was there more often. I think it's a shame, but I wouldn't come back.

Of all Portuguese restaurants outside of Portugal, I find the Lisboa Bar on Boxi the most authentic. The food is delicious, the drinks are very good as in Portugal. Anyone looking for Portugal's cuisine in Berlin should go there.

Quiet nice, but...not so tasty, and I suggest to write all ingredients on the menus. I had a polpo salade, unfortunately I can't eat Coriander. Unacceptable prices for those small portions, even for Boxi.

Service was slow and honestly don’t see what all the talk is about with the food. It was flavourless and definitely not worth the price for each tapa. The peri peri chicken tasted like standard chicken drum sticks.

A wonderful little bar with friendly and quick service. The cod and the octopus were fantastic, as was the wine. We are happy to come back. Highly Recommended.

Very friendly service and a good selection of different specialties. However, we were a little disappointed in taste. But that's an individual perspective and depending on the form of the day :) Location is great if you want to watch people and the goings-on in Friedrichshain.

Always nice evenings. In addition to the very tasty tapas (the eye is usually larger than the stomach), there is also a selection of main dishes. Wine, beer or soft drinks. Can get crowded quickly, so reserve or let luck decide. Service friendly! Card payment possible.

Quite expensive comparing to berliner price but I can assure the quality. We took one octopus dish and one lamb dish the both were super good. The portuguese beer was quite light but I loved it!

Terrible experience. I wish they had negative stars for these kind of places. As rude as it gets for below average overpriced food. Stay away!

Very authentic food are very enthusiastic, friendly conditions 😊 I can only recommend it to everyone 👍 the food was great, great atmosphere. From the starters to the dessert everything goes hin and convince yourself. We'll come back like this

Food is so-so. Maybe not recommended as much for dinner, but can totally imagine it to be a good place for groups involving beer. Ambience is much fit for the latter. Didnt like the fact that they dont accept card

Disclaimer* we didn't even get a chance to eat here because the staff was so rude. We arrived when there were a couple of open tables, and we asked for a table for two and the lady simply said no and then turned away. We waited for her attention and asked how long of a wait it would be and she said "there's many people, I don't know," and then ignored us. So we left and will never go back. Who knows if the food is good, but we didn't get a chance to try it.

The space between the seats is a little narrow, That is a good place. You can see the dishes ordered by customers around you. How to enjoy before ordering. Anything that looks delicious should imitate your neighbor!

Small place, but very good Portuguese food.

Nice enough restaurant with delicious Portuguese cuisine. Although the staff spoke English, there were only German/Portuguese menu. It's worth to book a table for the evening in advance, otherwise the place could be full or you find the only untaken table in the open entrance door, as we did, and the cold air will blow on you directly from the outside.
